ELB Learning Features Not Loading? You May Need to Whitelist Some URLs

Certain features in ELB Learning products—like AI tools, text-to-speech, images, and interactive content—rely on external services. If you're in a secured or firewalled environment, some domains may need to be whitelisted to ensure everything works.

If you're experiencing unexpected behavior with any of your ELB Learning products—such as missing images, non-responsive buttons, broken AI features, or inaccessible training content—network restrictions may be the culprit. Many of our corporate, government, and security-conscious customers operate in highly controlled environments with firewalls or proxy servers that block certain online resources. While this strengthens cybersecurity, it can unintentionally interfere with key features of our platforms.

To ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience, it's essential to whitelist specific URLs and domains used by our products. ELB Learning's suite of applications relies on both proprietary and third-party services, with many of these services hosted on a distributed infrastructure across the globe. Some features—like AI generators, stock image libraries, or text-to-speech functions using Amazon Polly—depend on external services that your network may currently be blocking.

Each product feature may interact with a different domain:

  • Our core application functionality connects to ELB-managed servers.

  • Text-to-Speech and AI Content Generators leverage trusted third-party APIs.

  • Asset libraries, including stock images, templates, and fonts, are delivered from global content delivery networks (CDNs).

  • Interactive modules and multimedia playback may reference additional function-specific domains.

This guide outlines the complete list of required URLs and domains to whitelist, ensuring all elements of your ELB Learning tools function correctly. By taking these steps, you'll prevent interruptions, avoid user frustration, and maintain the integrity of your learning experiences.
