How do I access historical data for a removed user?
If you have removed a user from your platform, but need to access historical data for that removed user, follow these steps.

Step 1:
Navigate to the “User” tab when logged in as an Admin.
Step 2:
Go to “Add New'' and create a new user with the same email address of the user who was removed. By doing that, you will have access to the historic data for that user.
Step 3:
Check the “Reports” tab for desired data on that user.
