Timeline Dates Captivate

In this video, we're going to take a look at the basic structure of our Timeline Dates template, and how to make simple edits like changing text in the file. First let's look at the structure.
This is a single screen template, with four buttons to the left, and 1 text caption at right.
To edit the text on the buttons, select and type away!
Use the style pane to adjust details.
Note that each timeline button has multiple states.
Speaking of states,to edit the content that shows when the learner clicks a button, select the text caption, and then State View.
In this template, the number of dates is fixed to 4.
You can delete the actions from any of the timeline buttons to adjust this.
