How do I access data more than one year old in Reports?
If you’d like to view reports for anything more than one year old, follow these steps.
July 14, 2022
Step 1:
Navigate to the “Reports” tab when logged in as an Admin.
Step 2:
Go to the desired report you’d like to view.
Step 3:
You will see at the top of the report a “From” and “To” field that contain dates.
If you click on a date, you’ll then see a pop up calendar that allows you to select the date range you’d like, however, the calendar pop up will only allow you to select a date that is exactly one year old or newer.
Therefore, in order to view reports older than one year, you will need to click inside of the text field and manually enter the date range.
Caution: You will need to ensure that the date range is one year or less (i.e. From: 2020-01-01 To: 2021-01-01 - If you enter From: 2020-01-01 To: 2021-01-02 then it will not work).
Note: After you’ve entered in the date range, press “Apply” and you will see the data appear below.
