Assigning Scenarios in CenarioVR
To assign scenarios to a user click the teal assign scenarios button next to the user on the users tab
On the assign scenarios screen you will see a listing of all private scenarios in your organization.
To assign a scenario check the box next to that scenario. The scenario is now assigned to the user.
Additionally you can assign scenarios to a particular group by navigating to the group on the groups tab and clicking the teal assign scenario button. This will again bring up a list of all private scenarios in your organization and checking the box will assign the scenario to the group.
You can also assign a scenario from the published packages associated with that assigned scenario.
Simply navigate to your scenario. If you haven’t already done so you will want to publish this scenario as a private scenario.
Click the published packages from the scenario settings and publishes menu.
Next, Select assign users and groups.
You can now assign this scenario to a user or a group.
If the user is assigned via a group a group icon will appear next to the user.
If the user is assigned on it’s own a green check mark will appear next to the user.
