Assigning Scenarios in CenarioVR
This article covers assigning Scenarios to Viewers so they can access your course.
Using the Users Tab
To assign scenarios to a Viewer, to run your scenario, click the teal assign scenarios button next to the user on the Users tab
On the assign scenarios screen, you will see a listing of all private scenarios in your organization.
To assign a scenario, check the box next to that scenario. The scenario is now assigned to the user.
Additionally, you can assign scenarios to a particular group by navigating to the group on the groups tab and clicking the teal assign scenario button. This will again bring up a list of all private scenarios in your organization, and checking the box will assign the scenario to the group.
Within a Scenario using the Published Packages Window
You can also assign a scenario from the published packages window associated with that scenario.
Simply navigate to your scenario. If you haven’t already done so, you will want to publish this scenario as a private scenario.
Click the blue circle with the three dots in the upper left to bring up the Scenario Settings and Publish menu.
Choose Published Packages from the menu choices. Select which Published Package you want to assign to a user or group.
Next, click the teal icon to access the Assign Users and Groups window.
You can now assign this scenario to a user or a group.
If the user is assigned via a group, a group icon will appear next to the user.
If the user is assigned on its own, a green check mark will appear next to the user.
