Assignment Reporting
This guide will show you how to run an Assignment Report
June 1, 2022
Step 1: Assignments tab
Begin by clicking on the Assignments tab.
Step 2: Select Assignment
Locate the Assignment you would like to run a report for. On the Assignment, you will see a Report button on the right-hand side. Click on this.
This will open up the Assignment Report, which defaults to the Learner view.
Step 3: Visual Elements
At the top, you will see a circle graph with the total number of Learners in the Assignment on the left-hand side.
Just to the right of this, you will see a Complete section with Completed on Time, Completed Late and Total Completed.
Users in the Completed on Time section have completed all Scenarios of the Assignment before the due date and time you have chosen.
Users in the Completed Late section have completed all Scenarios of the Assignment, but some or all were completed after the due date and time you have chosen.
In addition, you will see an Incomplete section with Partial Responses, No Responses, and Total Incomplete.
Users in the Partial Responses section have done some, but not all of the Scenarios of the Assignment.
Users in the No Responses section have not submitted any responses to the Scenarios of the Assignment.
If you click on any of these items, it will filter to the Users that fall into that category with their details at the bottom.
Step 4: Feedback Report
Click on the Feedback Report button at the top, next to the Learner Report button to see the Mentor view.
At the top, you will see a circle graph with the total number of Learners in the Assignment on the left-hand side. Although this time, the colors of the Graph are based on the Mentor's engagement with the Learner's responses.
Just to the right of this, you will see a Complete Section with Final Review. This is how many Learners have received a Final Review on all their Scenario responses.
In addition, you will see an Incomplete section with Partial Responses, No Responses, and Total Incomplete.
Users in the Partial Responses section have done some, but not all of the Final Reviews of the Learner Responses.
Users in the No Responses section have not submitted any Final Reviews of the Learner Responses.
If you click on any of these items, it will filter to the Users that fall into that category with their details at the bottom.
Step 5: Export
To export the data that you have just reviewed, click on the Export All Submission Data button at the top right-hand corner of the Assignment Report screen. This will pull the information into an Excel Spreadsheet.
