How to disable user account in the Subscription Manager

To Disable a User:

Click the toggle in a user's row under Access. The switch will turn from green to red to indicate that a user is disabled.

To Disable Multiple Users at Once

Step 1: Subscription Tab

Navigate to the Subscription Manager tab.

Step 2: Select Users

Select the users you would like to disable by checking the boxes to the left of their name.

Step 3: Disable

Click the Disable button that appears above the user table.
