Events Reports

Manage Event Participation, Attendance Tracking, and Report Exports

In the Events section of the Reporting tab, admins can view reporting data for all uploaded event modules created in the platform.

As with all of our reports, admins can export the summary report to an excel file by clicking the "Export to File" button.

Calendar View

The calendar view displays all events for the current month. Admins can switch between Month and Week views using the buttons in the upper-right corner of the calendar.

To navigate to a different month or week, use the arrows in the upper-right corner. Admins can click on an event in the calendar to open the event details page.

Note: Applying a date range filter does not update or filter the calendar view. The date range filter applies only to the data included in the exported report.

Date Range Filter and Export

Admins can apply a date range filter to the Module Events Report before exporting data.

  • The maximum allowed date range is 1 year
  • Exported reports include events with activity that occurred within the selected date range
  • The selected date range applies only to exported report data
  • The calendar view is not affected by the date range filter

Module View

Admins can search for a specific event by typing the event name into the search bar. When the event appears in the search results, click it to open the event details page.

The event details page displays a list of users who have RSVPd to the event. The table includes the following information:

  • RSVP date
  • User name
  • Email address
  • Status

If the event has not started, the status displays as RSVP. After the event has ended, the user’s status changes to Absent until they either enter the completion code or an admin marks them as attended.

Admins can mark users as Attended by selecting users and clicking the Mark as Attended button. An Attended status means the event module has been completed.

Admins can also cancel a user’s RSVP by selecting the user and clicking the Cancel RSVP button.

User View

Admins can search for a specific user’s event history by entering the user’s first name, last name, or email address into the search bar. When the user appears in the search results, click the user to open their event details page.

The page displays a list of events the user has RSVPd to. The table includes:

  • Event date

  • Event name

  • User status

If the event has not started, the status displays as RSVP. After the event has ended, the user’s status changes to Absent until they either enter the completion code or an admin marks them as attended.

Admins can mark users as Attended by selecting users and clicking the Mark as Attended button. An Attended status means the event module has been completed.

Admins can also cancel a user’s RSVP by selecting the user and clicking the Cancel RSVP button.
