How To Integrate Docebo LMS with The Training Arcade® and Arcades™

This article will walk Admins through how to publish The Training Arcade® and Arcades™ games directly to Docebo LMS.

Enabling Docebo Integration in The Training Arcade^Ⓡ or Arcades^TM

Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the Docebo LMS integration. This step can only be done by someone with Super Administrator permissions. 

Generating the The Training ArcadeⓇ Public Key

1. From your The Training ArcadeⓇ or Arcades^TM account, in the main menu, select “Account.”
2. Select the “Settings” tab. 
3. Under the “Docebo Integration” section, select “Download.”
   
   

Generating the Docebo OAuth2 App Client ID

1. From your Docebo LMS account, select the gear icon to open the “Settings Menu.” 
2. In the “Apps and Features” section, under “API AND SSO”, select “Manage.” 
   
   
3. In the “API Credentials” tab, select “Add OAuth2 App”.
   
   
4. In the popup window, fill out the fields marked with *. 
   
   

   App Name, App Description, and Client ID: Fill out these fields with words or keys that will allow you to easily identify the plugin. 

   Client Secret: This field will be filled out automatically.

   Redirect URL: Input the login page web URL for your The Training ArcadeⓇ account.

5. Select “Show advanced settings” and make sure “JWT Bearer” is the only checked option.
6. Select “Upload Public Key” and choose the “The Training ArcadeⓇ Public Key” from the file explorer. 
   
   
7. Select “Confirm”.
8. When the popup closes, locate the name of the OAuth2 App you created from the list of apps and select the circled check mark.

Note: If the circled check mark icon is green, the App is already activated

Integrating The Training Arcade With Docebo LMS

1. From your The Training ArcadeⓇ or Arcades^TM account, in the main menu, select "Account.”
2. Select the “Settings” tab. 
3. In the “Docebo Integration” section, fill out each field.
   
   
   
   

   Docebo 0Auth2 App Client ID: 

   1. From your Docebo LMS account, select the gear icon to open the “Settings Menu.” 
   2. In the “Apps and Features” section, under “API AND SSO”, select “Manage.”
   3. In the “API Credentials” tab, select “Add OAuth2 App”. 
   4. From the list of OAuth2 Apps, find the OAuth2 App you created for this integration and select the edit icon.
      
      
   5. From the popup window, copy the data in the Client ID field.
4. Select “Save."
