      AI Analysis (Beta) is displayed to mentors only on the iOS and Android apps (v2.14.0 Android / v3.14.0 iOS), which includes: key points, summary, call to action, and transcript (same as the web app).

      Features 

      • If OpenAI is unable to process the transcript, the AWS transcript is used to generate the AI Features (key points, summary, and call to action)
      • Transcript processing is sped up by detecting if a file is too large to be processed by OpenAI and instead falling back to the AWS transcript
      • Updated the model for better instruction following and more consistent outputs

      Bug Fixes

      • Improvements to detecting no speech, which fixes instances where the transcript is made up due to no speech in the audio file
      • Fixes for high memory usage

            • Users are able to provide a 1-5 star rating feedback regarding the features:
            • The feedback is tracked and includes:
              • the rating (1-5 stars)
              • the message ID - so the product team can reference the AI Analysis to understand the rating
              • the active tab (i.e. key points, summary, call to action, or transcript)
      • New Subprocessors Tab and OpenAI Features Opt-Out
        • Allows Customers to opt out of the beta OpenAI features
        • Wording is translated for all supported languages
        • Opt-out is logged, including the user profile ID that enabled/disabled it
      • Recorder Warning
        • Updated text warns learners before they submit their video recording that AI tools will transcribe their audio audio and analyze the transcript
      • Learner Transcript
        • The learner transcript processes much faster than before with increased accuracy (as long as the Customer is opted-in to the OpenAI Features)
      • Text Analysis Gate Update
        • The text analysis gate now uses the OpenAI Whisper transcript (if available) over the standard AWS transcript
        • The text analysis transcript is more accurate and processes much quicker than previously (as long as the Customer is opted-in to the OpenAI Features)

      Fixes

      • The Whisper transcript is discarded if the probability of no speech threshold is met

      Prohibited Keywords Feature

      New Feature

      This feature allows prohibited keywords to be added to the text analysis gate. Learners must not mention any prohibited keywords in order to pass the scenario. Prohibited keywords may be used with or without required keywords. 

      Push Notifications Upgrade

      Version 23.07.1

      • Push notifications for Android and iOS apps are migrated to a new service, as the current one will reach end of life later this year. All existing push notifications will continue to be supported and no new push notifications are being added. 
      • Android devices will be migrated to the new service - no Android app update is required and users will continue to receive push notifications.
      • iOS users will be required to download the latest version of the app.
        • iOS users will be required to download the latest version of the app (v3.11.0), as it requires an update to work with the new push notifications service. 
        • If users login (or are already logged in) to an older version of the iOS app (i.e. any version before v3.11.0), they will not be able to use it, and will be directed to download the latest version. 
        • Only after updating to v3.11.0 will they be able to use the Rehearsal app again. 

      Updated Review Page UI

      • Users can sort the review list by assignment start and end dates
      • The review list can be sorted by last activity (previous behavior and the default now), assignment start date, and assignment end date, in ascending or descending order
      • Events are sent for product usage and analytics tracking
      • Assignment start and end dates are shown in each review list item
      • Each conversation includes the last activity, status pill, and now the assignment start and end dates

      Public API Learner Role
