Tagging
How to create and manage tags in the Rehearsal Platform

In this article, you will learn about Tagging and how to add them to your Assignment, Program, Scenario, Group and/or Users. To do so, complete the following. To do so, complete the following.
Adding Tags
- Begin on the item you would like to tag. On a catalog dashboard (such as Assignment, Program, Scenario, etc). you may add tags directly to the item by clicking on the plus sign button (+). The example below shows this on the Assignment dashboard.
- In the modal that appears after you click on the plus sign button, you are able to search for existing Tags, create new Tags, and add Tags from the list. The Tags that are gray and lighter in color are the ones that have already been added to the particular item.
- When you have finished, click on Done with Tags.
- You may also add tags in the Editor (Assignment, Program, Scenario, etc.). Scroll down until you see the Add Tags section. This example shows this in the Assignment Editor.
Removing Tags
- To remove tags hover over the Tag you would like to remove and click on the small X that appears in the upper right-hand corner at the item level. The example below shows this on the Assignment Dashboard.
- Another way you can remove tags is in the Editor (Assignment, Program, Scenario, etc). Once you're in the Editor scroll down until you see the Tags Section.
- Hover over the Tag you would like to remove and click on the small X that appears in the upper right-hand corner.
