Team Libraries
The eLearning Brothers Team Libraries give your group a place to share company-approved and branded assets with each other. Watch this video to learn more.
____________________________________________________________________________
The team library gives you the ability to upload and share company-branded and approved assets with other members of your group. Anything uploaded to the team libraries will be private to your group and will only be available to your group’s master account holders and sub-accounts.
To access the Team Library, start by logging in at library.elearningbrothers.com. Go to the top right-hand corner, click on the login button, and log in using your LinkedIn, Facebook, or email as I’m doing here.
Once you’re logged in, you can use the top orange navigation bar to access the team library. Hovering over the “Team Libraries” option activates a drop-down menu where you can learn more about Team libraries, search through your team’s library, or upload your own assets to the team library.
To search through your team's library, click on the “Search All” and you will be taken to the page with all the assets that are in your team library. You can hover over the thumbnail to get more information or click on the thumbnail to download from this library.
If you want to upload assets you’ve created or edited into this library, go back to the top orange navigation bar, hover over “Team Libraries” and click ‘Upload’. From here, choose a library that you want to upload to. You can upload to your group’s Template Library, Stock Assets Library, and Cutout People Library.
In addition to these three libraries (screen to black), Master Account Holders can click on the available plus button to create custom folders for their teams, like this Company Branding folder that I’ve already created for my team.
For this example, let’s say you’ve created a template and you want to upload it so other members of your team can use it in the future. Click on “Template Library.” Review and accept the Terms and Agreement by checking the box and clicking “Accept”. From here, you’ll need to select the tool that your asset is compatible with. If your file type is not listed as an option in the drop-down menu, you can select “other”.
Now we’re ready to upload our template. You can either drag and drop the file into the box, or click the “browse files” button.
Later, when you want to view or edit files you’ve already uploaded, go to your member dashboard by clicking your name in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the “uploads” tab.
You can view all files that have been uploaded from members in your group here. By clicking on an asset, you can view upload information here. Here, you can add keywords to make it easier for team members to find this asset in the future. Clicking on “Delete” removes the asset from your team library.
That’s it! Now you can build your own collections of assets for you and your team to easily share and use on projects.
