When we export the link from The Training Arcade® to our training participants, what information would the site require them to access the game?
Registration is optional. It can be disabled or enabled. If enabled, then first name is the only required field but last name, email, organization, etc. can be set to required, optional or disabled. If the participant uses the game through an LMS then registration would not be required.
The registration data that is required/collected by The Training Arcade® games is controlled by the subscriber. Administrators of each account can use a range of registration methods or turn off registration completely. Registration options include:
1- Registration Off
2- Single Sign On (automated)
3- SCORM Package (automated)
4- Standard Registration (you decide on what field you want to turn on but we require a unique value to accurately track game performance for reporting purposes. This can be an email address or employee ID)
5- Custom Registration (create custom registration fields to collect and track data that is specific to your business)
