The Asset Library Member Dashboard is the place where you can edit your user details, access favorited assets, view download history, upload files to the team libraries, see your reviews & ratings, and manage users that exist in your account.
UPDATE: If you have an ELB Studio login account to portal.elblearning.com, please note that your Subscription and Users should be managed through there, not on the Asset Library member Dashboard.
You can access the Member Dashboard by logging into library.elearningbrothers.com and clicking your name in the top-right corner of the site, or you can login directly to member.elearningbrothers.com which will take you straight to the Member Dashboard.
Libraries
This page will show you what subscriptions you're currently assigned to, or not assigned to. A subscription that you have access to will allow you to Click to Launch to that library so you can access it quickly. Another way to get to the main Asset Library website, would be to either click on the ELB Learning logo on the top-left corner of the site, or hover over the "Asset Library" tab in the top banner and use the dropdowns to get to a specific Library.
Manage Profile
This page will allow you to update your own personal details with your login, such as your name, email address, billing phone & address, what authoring tools you use, and updating your password.
PLEASE NOTE: Only users who have subscriptions to the individual Asset Libraries should edit their login information (name, email address, or password) here. Anyone with an ELB Studio login to portal.elblearning.com should update their login information in the Studio.
My Favorites
This page is for accessing your Collections and Favorites. You can create Collections, which act as folders, where you can bookmark a myriad of assets from the Asset Library site to use for later reference. Collections are categories you can create and filter your Favorites into. See Creating Collections & Favorites for a more in-depth guide on how to utilize this feature.
Downloads
This section will let you see the download history of what assets you downloaded in the past. If you are a Child Account (or Author role in the ELB Studio), then you will only see your personal download history on this page. If you are a Master Account (or Org Administrator in the ELB Studio), then you will be able to see both your own and your team member's download history on this page.
Uploads
This page shows all uploads you have made to your Team Libraries, which is a feature of the Asset Library if you wish to share files with other team members in your account. You can learn more about Team Libraries here.
Reviews & Ratings
This section allows you to see all of the Reviews you've submitted on a previously downloaded asset, and the Rating score you provided as well. If you ever want to Edit or Delete a Review and Rating, you can do so on this page.
Only Master Account Holders (or Org Administrators in the ELB Studio) can see these following sections below:
Sub-groups
This page allows you to create groups that you can assign your users to. If you have a large team account for the Asset Library and need to categorize your users based on location, department, role, or anything else, you can use Sub-Groups for this purpose. Sub-Groups will also allow you to assign certain users to be Sub-Group Admins so they can manage/edit their own team members who only exist in their specific group.
Master Account Holders will always have the ability to manage all users in the account, regardless of what Sub-Group they exist in.
Manage Users
This section will allow you to manage your users in the whole account, whether that would be assigning/un-assigning a subscription seat, editing a user (replacing their name/email to someone else's or disabling their login to block access are two common examples), or adding in New Users to the account.
PLEASE NOTE: Managing Users should only apply to those who have subscriptions directly to the Asset Library. Anyone who has an ELB Studio subscription will need to Manage Users at portal.elblearning.com instead.
Free Users
This feature only applies to those who have an Enterprise subscription to the Asset Library. If you have any questions or issues Approving/Denying User requests to your account, please reach out to support@elblearning.com.
Invite
This feature mostly applies to Enterprise Accounts, or larger subscription accounts, who need a way to invite Users to their Asset Library subscription account in large quantities. You can create an Invite URL on this page where people can use it to register with a login and they will be automatically added to your team account. This option is great if Master Account Holders do not want to manually add in their users one-by-one.
Manage Subscriptions
This page shows the history of all of your subscriptions you've had to the Asset Library in the past, and ongoing subscriptions. Click on the Details of a subscription item and it will tell you what the subscription was, the start date, expiration date, and the Receipt (if you had made online purchases to the Asset Library eCommerce site before it was removed in 2022).
This section is no longer utilized as much in current times, mainly to show account history, as the way to purchase Asset Libraries have changed. Please email sales@elblearning.com if you wish to renew an existing Asset Library subscription in your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Gold Suite or Platinum Suite subscriptions should be managed in the ELB Studio at portal.elblearning.com.
